Executive Education

Senior Leadership Track

University-backed · Over a decade of experience

Senior-leadership AI strategy, taught with a leading university partner.

Our executive education track is co-designed and taught with a leading university partner — drawing on more than a decade of executive-level teaching across leading corporations and Hong Kong public-sector entities. The figures below are the partner's published track record; ASTRA brings the agentic-AI dimension to it.

Sessions focus on practical AI strategy, governance, and the operating-model implications of agentic systems for the C-suite. Curriculum is shaped to each cohort — no two engagements are identical.

Faculty

Academic collaboration with named faculty at a leading university — surfaced per engagement, not by default.

The Executive Programme formula

Not an ordinary training course — a high-level programme designed for business and political leaders worldwide.

01

East × West

Dual-perspective teaching grounded in Hong Kong's hub position. Western management frameworks meet Eastern business reality — leaders who can move between markets without translation loss.

02

Tech × Business

AI-first curriculum design. Every module embeds an AI / data application — not isolated technical lectures. Technology becomes the lens through which decisions are made.

03

Academic × Industry

Dual-mentor model — an academic professor paired with an industry executive — plus enterprise diagnostic projects that turn each cohort into a working case study.

04

Intrapreneurship → Entrepreneurship

Full-spectrum innovation — from corporate-internal change management to genuine entrepreneurial venture-building, anchored in a Hong Kong startup ecosystem.

Eastern + Western Wisdom · Technological Empowerment · Industry Practice · Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Executive themes

Curriculum is shaped to each cohort. Three executive themes anchor every engagement.

AI Strategy for executive leadership

The strategic operating model for AI adoption — sponsorship, priority use cases, executive decision frames.

Data & Governance

Data maturity, dashboard design, decision intelligence, governance, privacy, bias, and cross-border risk for the C-suite.

Innovation Portfolio

Generative AI for executive workflows, agentic systems, smart operations, change management — assembled into a portfolio leaders can actually deploy.

Choose the Executive Education Programme: choose leadership evolution for the future.

Workshops · Who it's for

Built around the people who do the work — and the leaders who sponsor it.

  1. 01

    General staff and operators

Practical fluency in the AI tools and data habits that show up in day-to-day work — Copilot, dashboards, prompts, queries, structured judgment.

  2. 02

    Analysts, engineers, and power users

Deeper sequences for the people who build the workflows, the models, the dashboards, and the agents that the rest of the organisation will rely on.

  3. 03

    Sponsors and leaders

Concept fluency for the executives accountable for AI and data outcomes — enough technical depth to make calibrated decisions, set direction, and ask the right questions.

What we build

Two streams. One organisation that knows what to do with AI and data.

01AI · MODULAR PATHWAYS

AI literacy

Move beyond generic Copilot demos. Build the workflow habits, prompt patterns, agent literacy, and risk awareness that let teams use AI as a working tool — not a novelty.

02DATA · MODULAR PATHWAYS

Data literacy

Equip the workforce to read, question, and use data — across the lifecycle from acquisition to analysis to storytelling. Tools meet judgment; judgment meets evidence.

Why ASTRA

Senior practitioners.
Academic depth.
Reusable IP.

ASTRA pairs senior AI and data practitioners with a university-backed academic collaboration — so learning is grounded in both production reality and rigorous foundations. Reusable IP and a modular catalogue compress the time from "we need this" to "the cohort is running."

  1. 01

Practitioners, not lecturers — every cohort is led by people who do this work.

  2. 02

University-backed — academic rigour from a leading partner, adapted for enterprise teams.

  3. 03

Modular by design — pathways assemble from a catalogue that grows with each engagement.

How we engage

Five stages.
Calibrated, not lockstep.

Every engagement runs through the same five stages — but the timing, the depth, and the mix of formats are shaped to your organisation, never bolted on. Most clients start with a pilot; they scale on evidence, not promises.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    1–2 weeks

A short series of conversations to map the audience, the working context, the outcomes you're accountable for, and the formats that fit your organisation's rhythm. Buyer committee voices welcome — HR / L&D, transformation office, executive sponsor.

  2. 02

    Design

    2–3 weeks

We sketch a curriculum and delivery shape against your discovery answers. You see a one-page proposal — pathway, format mix, cohort sizing, indicative timeline — and approve before we commit.

  3. 03

    Pilot

    4–6 weeks

Most engagements start here. One cohort of 25–40 people, instrumented end-to-end: pre-cohort skill assessment, mid-point check-in, post-cohort assessment, manager survey, adoption tracking. If the pilot doesn't land, we say so — and you scale (or don't) on evidence.

    Low-risk by design

Most engagements start as pilots. We don't ask for a scale commitment before the data tells us the cohort worked.

  4. 04

    Scale

    8–16 weeks · typical

Roll out across the full target audience, sequenced into cohorts. We run; you observe and reinforce internally. Cadence is set by your organisation's adoption capacity — not a Gantt chart.

  5. 05

    Measure & Reinforce

    Ongoing · quarterly

Pre / post skill comparison, adoption-rate dashboard, manager satisfaction surveys, and a quarterly reinforcement reporting cycle. We hand you the evidence — and where the data points to a gap, we propose the next module.

    How we know it worked

Pre / post skill assessments per cohort · manager satisfaction surveys at 30 / 90 / 180 days · tool adoption tracking (Copilot prompts, dashboard usage) · quarterly reinforcement reporting.
